Shipping
We ship Internationally to select countries and provide complimentary standard shipping for all US orders of $200.
Please allow up to three business days for our warehouse to process your shipment (excludes weekends, holidays, and holiday peak seasons). Please note express shipment's transit times ( 2Day® and Express Saver®) are not including the shipping and handling time. A tracking number will be sent to you once your order leaves our warehouse. The Line by K is not responsible for any delays due to carrier constraints.

FedEx Ground®: $10 flat-rate delivered within 4-7 business days
FedEx Express Saver® : $13 flat-rate delivered by the end of the 3rd business day from the day it was shipped (please allow for shipping and handling as well)
FedEx 2Day® : $16 flat-rate delivered by the end of the 2nd business day from the day it was shipped (please allow for shipping and handling as well)
International: $35 flat-rate arrives within 5-7 business days

All customs and duty fees are the customer's responsibility to pay. Please contact your local customs office if you have any questions regarding the duty fee for your order. Shipping costs are non-refundable, which includes returns, unclaimed or refused packages and/or failure to pay duty fees upon delivery.
If the customer refuses or does not claim the package, The Line By K will contact the customer via email on file to issue store credit in the form of an e-gift card minus the original shipping charges.
The Line by K is unable to return packages if the following reasons occur:
Refused package
Unclaimed package
Failure to pay duty fees

MISSING, LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Shipments that have arrived at a processing facility (USPS or DHL) and/or shipments that have been marked delivered and are missing, lost, or stolen are the sole responsibility of USPS or DHL Express.
